Driver Education enrollment and informational forms are now available at BHS in the counseling office. Course runs from September 20 to October 13. Must have instructional permit to enroll in the course. Additionally, Masks will be required in the driver education vehicle.
The 21-22 school year has officially begun! Our staff spent the morning laughing, chatting, singing, playing, and being inspired.
So many people and groups to thank for helping to make today exceptional.
Crosspoint Church for hosting us, celebrating us, and helping us have so much fun. There was cotton candy, sno-cones, popcorn, breakfast, random prizes, and a game of name that tune.
Tamara Lindholm, our keynote speaker, for inspiring us to live in the present, and her daughter Halee Konrade for blessing us with a song.
Midway Motors of Hutchinson, Credit Union of America, First National Bank, and John Webb and Associates for spoiling us with donations to help provide t-shirts, school supplies, gift bags, and more!
The Buhler Singers for opening us with song and dance, led by Mr. Greg Bontrager.

Buhler Frolic and Buhler USD 313 are working together on this year's edition of Buhler Frolic. Each of the 53 Crusader State Championship winning teams are invited back to be recognized on Friday night, October 1st, as well as participate in the parade on Saturday morning with their teams.

Ad Astra Virtual Academy is still enrolling for Fall 2021. Enrollment will close Friday, August 6 at 5:00 P.M. As a reminder, Ad Astra Virtual Academy does not operate under the same model as last year's remote learning. The Academy will review student enrollment and transfer requests on a semi-annual basis prior to the beginning of each semester, or on a case-by-case basis in the event of an emergency.
The Buhler transportation department has two openings for bus driver.
Starting pay is $25 per hour(2 hours guaranteed per day) with no benefits, or a minimum of $13(3.5 hours guaranteed per day) with benefits including health insurance and 403b match.

The Reno County Health Department will be holding immunization clinics for students on Saturday, July 24th and Saturday, August 14th from 8am until noon. Walk-in or call 620-694-2900 to schedule an appointment.

Adult activity passes for BHS and PHMS will be available this year. If you have been vaccinated against Covid-19, your pass will be provided through a federal grant, at no cost to you or the school district. Students age 12 and up who have been vaccinated can also get a free pass. Free passes will need to be picked up in person at the school office, and proof of vaccination is required. Adult passes can also be purchased at the normal price, $50 each for BHS, and $25 each for PHMS, online or in person.
