BIG NEWS FROM RENO COUNTY SCHOOLS!!!
For the first time, Reno County schools are rallying as a team of educators for a shared professional learning day called All Hands on Deck. Over 1,100 teachers, Hutchinson Community College instructors, and administrators will be on HCC’s campus on January 3rd, 2024 for a day of workshops, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities. An integral component of this day is connecting 1,100 area educators with vendors both inside and outside of education. Vendor options include being a part of our vendor showcase and/or leading presentations for attendees.
Below is a form that interested vendors can complete so that they can be a part of All Hands on Deck.

Cru Leaders visited the Kansas Capitol Building last week to learn about our state government. Cru Leaders work to build leadership capacity in themselves and others and lead various activities at their elementary schools throughout the year. You may have seen them welcoming the student body to school with signs, music, and dancing.

In January, all Reno County schools are joining together for a day of professional learning that we are calling "All Hands on Deck." We held a logo design contest for Reno County students and received many entries.
Our very own Ryder Scheibler, 5th grader at Buhler Grade School, had his design chosen out of all of the submissions. In the images below you will see Ryder's original design along with the digital design that includes all of the participating schools.
Congratulations Ryder!
